A Capitol is the primary seat of power indicating your Empire's strength. Its construction is enabled through research in the Feudal Age. It can only be built in one of your cities, granting a huge population boost to that city (a population boost of 500 per level). The capitol also boosts culture production greatly. It also boosts ressource storage by 5150 for level 1.
Costs[]
